Today, I want to share with you all about our team's summer hours and our 4-day work week. As a mama running a business, I know the importance of prioritizing family and rest. During the summer, when things slow down for us, we decided to implement a 4-day work week from June to August. It was such a great experience, and I want to tell you all about it—why we did it, how we did it, and what we learned along the way.
