In this episode, I get to share with you something really big that I've been working on for nearly a year. So I'm really, really excited to introduce to you kind of the next big thing that I've been working on. But before I get straight into it, I wanna set it up in a way that you can really see why. Why I'm doing it, where the idea came from, and what my big hope is for it as well. I'm Bonnie Christine, and this is where all things creativity, design, business and marketing unite. I'm a mama living in a tiny town tucked right inside the Smoky Mountains running a multi seven figure business, doing the most creative and impactful work of my life. But when I first set out to become an entrepreneur, I was struggling to make ends meet and wrestling with how to accomplish my biggest dream of becoming a fabric designer. Fast forward to today, I'm not only licensing my artwork all over the world but also teaching others how to design your creative life and experience the same success.

We help aspiring creative entrepreneurs become professionals so that they can experience time, location and financial freedom, doing something that they love. We believe that every creative should be able to earn a living from their craft and wake up every day doing the work that sets their soul on fire, the work that they were divinely created to do. You know, I've shared with you before that I have this list of affirmations that I read every morning.

We did a podcast episode on it. I'll link that up in the show notes of today's episode. But it's a mixture of things that I know to be true and want to remind myself of. It's also some things that I find difficult, like things that I want to become or aspire to become. But one of my favorites, which is just one that I use as a reminder of my being, of my purpose, is that I develop creatives. It's not something that I do, it's who I am. That one resonates really deeply with me. You know, I've been developing creatives since I started teaching in 2013 and about 6 years ago, I started to also intentionally develop creative entrepreneurs.

Bonnie Christine [00:03:07]:

So not just artists, but also entrepreneurs. I believe that these are the people who change the world. They're innovative and driven, inspiring, and they're so much fun. So by studying my own lived experience and those who I've mentored for so many years, I've noticed some patterns like sets of strategies and beliefs and behaviors that have led them to success. And so with that, I wanted to give you a snapshot of really where our education company is right now, and I think that this will help you see what's next. So we have about 4 different parts to our business. One is free content. So we offer tons of free content like mini classes and challenges, workshops and guides.

And this very podcast, you know, is absolutely free. The next level is our course. So the surface design immersion course, it costs 19.97. We offer it once a year and it's for art development. We learn Adobe Illustrator, create collections and patterns, portfolios, and then we learn art licensing, and we just kind of dip our toes into creative entrepreneurship at the end of that. Also, at the end of that course, we open up our membership for alumni. So this is called Flourish. It's $47 a month, and it is only for people who've come through the course.

Bonnie Christine [00:04:39]:

So it's really extended education. It's ongoing education and support and community for anybody who wants it after they finish the course. And then we really jumped to my mastermind. So my mastermind is a 12 month commitment. It's an intimate group of female creative entrepreneurs. It's capped at 30 people and it's really the highest level of learning that I offer. And it's $10,000 a year. And so we typically have a long wait list for it.

We open up applications once a year. So if you're thinking about this, if you had it on paper, I think that there is a gaping hole in between the course and membership and the mastermind. And that is why I am so incredibly excited to introduce for the first time, the professional creative business coaching program. So this is what I've had in my heart and on my mind for over a year, and the time is now. The time is now to share about it and to welcome people into it. You know, my big why for this program is all about helping makers and creatives grow their business, scale their offers, and find balance in their lives so that they can really enjoy that time, location, and financial freedom. You know, at the end of the day, I want you to spend your life doing something that lights you up and something that creates the impact that you want for your own family in your community and passions around the world. So this is the 1st time that I'm offering something that it's not unique to artists and surface Pattern Designers, it's open to all creative entrepreneurs because we're gonna be talking about building a business.

You know, the person that I can help the most in this coaching program is looking for enhanced clarity and more confidence. They're looking for habits and mindset around success. They're ready for strategy and systems and processes, and they're ready to really get the right tools and the right tech in place, and they want to lean more into heartfelt marketing and messaging for their business as well. Now I mentioned that I've noticed some things that always are common denominators when I look at successful creative preneurs. And from that, I've developed what I'm calling the CRAFT framework. So that's c r a f t, the CRAFT framework. C stands for clarity and goals, r stands for robust systems, a stands for authentic marketing and revenue generation, in and f stands for fearless leadership, and t stands for transformational offers. So let's talk about each of these a little bit.

Bonnie Christine [00:07:36]:

So c, clarity and goals is really about setting the foundation. It's understanding your why, it's setting achievable but still really ambitious goals. It's picking the right business model for your goals and aligning your budget for growth. So it's really all of that foundational work. Now r is for robust systems. These are operations and it's about developing SOPs we call standard operating procedures. You want to create workflows and systems that run efficiently so that you get your time back. Now a is authentic marketing and revenue generation.

Bonnie Christine [00:08:17]:

This is marketing from the heart and building multiple streams of revenue. So you'll want to define your unique voice and your vision. You'll wanna master the art of authentic sales, utilize heartfelt marketing techniques and build multiple streams of revenue. Now f is all about fearless leadership. How to lead with love and create culture and grow and inspire a team. I want you to be able to assemble your dream team and lead them with empathy and then cultivate again just a thriving culture right inside your business so that you can lead more people. Finally, T is transformational offers and this is about meeting the needs of your audience and building community and helping them get results. So you'll master the art of service.

Bonnie Christine [00:09:10]:

You'll solve your audience's biggest problems. You'll design a nurture sequence and opt ins that really resonate. You'll create feedback loops so that you always have feedback and iterate off of new ideas and you'll craft a compelling invitation into your world. So this coaching program is based on learning one of these strategies, frameworks, philosophies, habits, mindset shifts that will help you grow your business. In fact, I've got 52 of them ready, all all geared up for an entire year of learning things that have actually very tangibly helped my business grow. And so if we want to talk about who this program is perfect for, right, you're on the track to make, let's say 50,000 to $200,000 a year. So you absolutely already have like a service or product or offer that is meeting a need for your audience, you figured out all of those early steps and you're really ready to scale at this point. You're looking to make either your 1st hire or continue to grow your team, and you're looking to develop your leadership skills.

And I think it's important to talk about really being driven to become the best version of yourself from an all inclusive standpoint, like, mentally, physically, and spiritually. You're driven to become what I call the 10 point o version of yourself. So what does this program really look like? It's a weekly call, so 1 call a week, and it also involves accountability pods. So I think that it's incredibly impactful to have a small group of people who are in the same mindset, in the same stage of business, who you can come and be held accountable to and brainstorm with. So we'll be setting up pods for the program. We've got an credible resource vault. And so these are all the things that we're using in our business, things that I've developed here for the podcast, all in one place so that you can have it at your fingertips. I'm also going to be inviting my team, so 1 person from my team once a month to come in and coach and teach on a process that we're using.

So everybody on the team has different areas that they really have ownership over. So they're gonna come in and teach the group a process, something that we're utilizing inside the business. And of course community like content connection and community are so incredibly important. We're also including some bonuses. So inside this program, we have what I'm calling the time management lab. It's a training and several worksheets that go into how we plan our year, our month, our week, and our day. It's really incredibly life changing or it was for me when I first started learning all of these time management techniques like annual planning and really how to break down big goals. I also have a robust training on creative profits.

So these are 15 different revenue streams for creatives, and it will really get your mind going on how to stack income streams and which one you should think about next. And finally, I think it's really empowering to share with you our launch debrief from 2023. So our course launch this year did $5,200,000. And I've done a video training and pulled like a robust PDF guide on all of the debriefing from that launch. So you'll get a behind the scenes look at really how we prepared for it and what we did and, what our best performing ads were in all of those things that we look at when we are going into a launch. So if I were to just add all of those things up item by item, it comes to over $20,000, which is of course nowhere near what this program costs. It is an affordable way to really just come together and learn for an entire year together and be in a strategic business coaching program. And so I would love for you to consider it.
